Four Phases

Diet Success with Adel Nef uses four phases to help you lose the weight and keep it off for the rest of your life. The phases are Cleansing, Reducing, Stabilization, and Maintenance.

Cleansing Phase

The Cleansing Phase helps prepare you for the Reducing Phase while cleansing your body from sugars and impurities.

Reducing Phase
Reducing

 

In the Reducing Phase you choose from foods that will energize and nourish your body. Foods you buy at the grocery store.

You will be taught how the right types of calories you consume are important for your body to stay "in chemistry" for maximum weight loss. You will also be encouraged to take a supplement that helps keep blood sugar levels balanced to help prevent hunger, low energy and sugar cravings.

Food diaries are kept and reviewed during your personal consultations and weigh-ins.

The average client loses 2 to 3 pounds a week and an inch for every pound lost.

Stabilization Phase
Stabilization

 

The Stabilization Phase is designed to stabilize your new weight while introducing new foods.

Counseling is continued to insure permanent weight loss.

Maintenance Phase
Maintenance

 

The Maintenance Phase offers weekly weigh-ins for up to 12 months.

This phase is well balanced in nutrition and designed to help you learn how to maintain your new weight.

Studies show it takes up to a year for your body to establish a new set point. I am here to ensure you get to that one year mark!
