An exercise program will help you lose weight and stay healthy.
The goal is to get 150 minutes of exercise each week any way you can.
It is recommended to do some type of aerobic exercise for 40 minutes four times a week.
Strength training is encouraged 2-3 times a week to maintain muscle tone and bone density.
